How to Order
We have a very simple system The easiest way is to telephone us with your enquiry: customer enquiries 01276 85 75 44 We can then answer any questions, explain options and any specials that we may not have listed, and process your order for you, we will then confirm everything back to you by email. If you prefer you can use the Order Form (under the contacts tab). Or you can simply email us but please note, for security reasons we will only accept credit card payments over the telephone or in person. Of course you are more than welcome to call in personally to our showroom and meet us, see the spas / saunas etc and even try them out.
Payments Payments are made in 3 easy stages;
For kerbside deliveries full payment is required before final delivery or release. For collection full payment is required before release from our warehouse.
Methods of payments We accept access/visa/paypal/cheques/drafts/bank transfers - please allow sufficient time for the payment method you choose to clear at our bank so as not to delay the process. All payments must be cleared at our bank before release of goods to the next stage. We can only accept the final payment in cash or credit card if paid at the time of delivery/commissioning.
